Mr. Blossman, the President of Abita Brewing Company, will discuss his background and how he began the Abita Brewing Company.

Also, next week Dean Jones will come speak to us about some important issues regarding the Flores MBA program.

 
Mentor Program

Our mentor/mentee program will be starting up soon. Mentor pairs will be assigned September 10 and Mentee groups will be assigned September 11. We will also have a social event at Celebration Station soon to kick off this program.

 
Philanthropy

Habitat for Humanity Build

There are still some spots available for the first build on Saturday,
September 26th!  Yes, this is the morning of the Mississippi State
AWAY game that will air later that day, but the build is only from
7:45am-3pm so you'll have plenty of time to shower up and party
afterwards!  And remember 2nd years, this means you will earn 7.5
bonus point in OB class.  Email Laney Joffrion at ljoffr1@lsu.edu if
you are interested in coming.

 
Recreation

Come out and support your MBA Ballers as they attempt to optimize performance and minimize quarterly losses. Basketball games will be at the tennis courts by the Rec and soccer games will be played at the Adventure Rec Complex. The schedule is as follows:

I know you are getting anxious, but Sand Volleyball and Flag Football will not start until the beginning of October

 
MBAA Dues
Please pay your dues or see Jose, Steven, or Andy. Dues are $200 for your two year membership. To put it in perspective, $200 doesn't buy much anymore. Make it count.
